1. Login as local admin


2. Go to the Appdata folder of the affected user


3. rename the following folders:

    Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy and      Microsoft.AccountsControl_cw5n1h2txyewy


4. Log back in as user and open Teams, Onenote etc.
