Right click on the Windows icon.
Select Run.
Type Spool and click OK.
Open the Drivers folder.
In the search box in the upper right type printconfig.dll
Right click on the first printConfig.dll and copy.
Click on the up arrow.
Look for a folder titles 3. There will be two of them oddly. You want to choose the one that contains the following:
Past the copied PrintConfig.dll file in this folder.
Your problem should be solved.
