1. Open CONTROL PANEL
2. Left click on DEVICE MANAGER
3. Under the network adapters section, the wireless adapter will have a yellow caution icon on it indicating it is the device not working. Right click on this and select UNINSTALL but DO NOT check the box to remove the drivers then OK.
4. While still within DEVICE MANAGER, select ACTION > SCAN FOR HARDWARE CHANGES
5. The wireless driver will reinstall and you should see the icon in the system tray by the time.
6. Re-add the wireless SSID.
